Ballerina's and Baubles

Hi! Just wanted to show you what I've been working on. It's a beautiful ballerina ornament. She is made on beveled glass, and is sprinkled with just a bit of glitter.
I've always loved dance, and especially ballet. My lovely sister and nieces are amazing dancers. :)
I changed things a bit and tied the ribbon with the bow on the bottom. I think it's prettier that way.
I'm not a huge "color" girl, and prefer muted shades, but I added a bit of greens, and blues and even orange to the flowers. I think it's killer looking. I just love the way it turned out. ;)
Here's a load of old enamel watch faces I was fortunate enough to pick up in Ventura a few years back. My plan was to cut circles out of glass and encase them. That took too long and is harder than you think to cut circles (or at least it is for me) so I ended up adding a sterling post to the back and...
Bingo! Beautiful charms to add to a bracelet or necklace. I'll be bringing some to Palm Springs tonight, along with more new ornaments. Hope you have an amazing day. Take care, Martha

Vintage Valentine

Hi! I'm racing to travel to Palm Springs to their weekly gathering of homemade goodies, but I wanted to share a new Valentine I just made. It's from a graphic my friend Rosemary sweetly shared with me, and an old Valentine I had. I thought the sentiment was pretty funny, so put it on the back. Hope your day is going well, and if you're in the area look me up in Palm Springs tonight!
Take care,
Martha
